Maya Craig holds a degree in Environmental Science from the Colorado College. Her experience is diverse within the industry, having worked with a variety of nonprofits on research and management. Most recently, Maya conducted research on land and resource use policy for the Pacific Coast Alliance while managing the coastal conservation program. With Venture Partnership in Colorado, Maya assisted with program development for underserved youth and with grant writing. Additionally, Maya manages the Marin Chapter of the Organization of Regional Coastal Advocates.
At SEI, Maya assists in project coordination for a number of SEI’s programs. She has provided market research and analysis for the Duquesne Light Company Energy Efficiency potential study, the California Sustainability Alliance Toolkit for Local Governments, and the Southern California Gas Company’s solar energy portfolio development. Additionally Maya supports the Northwest Energy Efficiency Council’s Building Operators Certification and the San Joaquin Valley Clean Energy Organization's Farming Clean Energy program.
