Morgan has had extensive academic and work experience overseas, studying tropical ecology in Costa Rica, working with fish farmers as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Nepal, and leading students on community development projects in Mexico. At home, he has worked with public schools, universities, local and state governments, and affordable housing on a variety of environmental, waste reduction, energy education, and retrofit programs.
At SEI, Morgan serves a number of programs across the state, including the Alliance to Save Energy's Green Campus Program, SEI's Awareness for Communities about Energy (ACE) Program, the Bay Area Air Quality Management District's Climate Protection project, the Green Dorm and Student Energy Auditing Program, and the Building Operator Certification (BOC) training course.
