Free Home Energy Survey

The Home Energy Tune-Up program in Fresno, Kern, Kings and Tulare Counties promotes residential energy efficiency upgrades, funded by the California Energy Commission. The program works in partnership with Energy Upgrade California.

Home Energy Tune-Up provides free home energy surveys to homeowners, resources for homeowners to learn about rebates and financing for home energy upgrades, and significant training opportunities for local contractors to become certified by the Building Performance Institute (BPI), which equips them to perform home energy surveys and offer substantial rebates to homeowners.
