As a result of this audit, the project staff identified the potential for annual savings equating to 32,000 kilowatt-hours (kWh) of energy and 69,000 pounds of carbon dioxide (CO2). For Cal State Chico, the team helped with a life-cycle analysis to identify sustainable products and product considerations for the center. In addition, SEI evaluated the center to identify concrete steps that its 30 employees can take to further green their operations. As a result of this audit, SEI identified the potential for annual savings equating to 49,000 kilowatt-hours (kWh) of energy and 75,000 pounds of carbon dioxide (CO2).
