A big THANK YOU to Mildred Dandridge, who for the last seven years has been leading the charge for SEI's K-12 education programs.
Among other accomplishments, Dandridge established and managed the Awareness for Communities about the Environment (ACE) program. The ACE program recently won a Flex Your Power Award for leadership and education. Mildred was awarded a 2007 fellowship with the Purpose Prize, a program that invests in Americans over age 60 who are leading a new age of innovation to solve critical social problems in the second half of life. Before her stint at SEI, Mildred was the director of academic advising and an adjunct faculty member at the Sage Colleges in Troy, New York. Congratulations on your retirement, Mildred! We will miss you.
