SEI (“we,” “us,” or “our”) has developed this Global Privacy Policy for you to understand how we collect, use, communicate, disclose, and make use of personal information. This Policy applies to information we collect through our websites (including seiinc.org, energizeschools.org, energizecolleges.org, climatecorps.org, and energizecareers.org) and through our programs.
As a nonprofit, SEI is not subject to the (CCPA), the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), and the European Union's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). However, it is SEI’s intention to comply anyway as a matter of best practice.
For the purposes of the GDPR, SEI is the "Data Controller" of the personal information we process.
